X Trap detector

The latest model of the MinkPolice trap detector. A 3-in-1 device for remote monitoring of your traps: adjustable as a magnetic break, tilt, and bait detector, it's suitable for all common trap types and bait stations. All settings are conveniently configured online, via the user profile at www.minkpolice.de , or via the specially developed MinkPolice app.

The new design of the detector allows for easy operation in the hunting area. The bracket is attached to the trap and the detector is screwed into place. This allows the detector to be easily removed for battery changes or during the closed season, without the need for any tools! The MinkPolice X can be secured to the bracket with a padlock (not included). The trap detector can be securely locked in a watertight manner with one simple action.

The latest version of the proven trap detector connects to two additional networks, NB-IoT and LTE/CAT-M1, in addition to the 2G/GSM network. These future-proof the trap detector and ensure consistent reception in the area, even during further network expansion and upgrades. Modern multi-network technologies also enable a greater signal range in remote areas of the area and extend battery life. Since the new networks are still being built, the MinkPolice X trap detector has the option of using the proven 2G/GSM network as a fallback network to bridge the transition phase. The MinkPolice X detector also features an LED indicator for easy operation in the field. This allows you to easily see the status directly on the detector – even without an app!

The annual trap subscription is mandatory with this model and can be easily renewed in your web profile within the first 7 days of activating the detector. The subscription includes the following services:

  All data usage for one year (status and alarm notifications via push and email to any number of fellow hunters)

• Easy updating of device firmware via remote transmission – no need to send devices in for firmware updates

• Costs: The annual cost of the MinkPolice X trap subscription is €10 net. You can pause the annual trap subscription for up to 90 days per year via your MinkPolice profile. Once your trap subscription is due for renewal after one year via our online payment system, you will receive a timely email and a notification in your user profile and the app.
