Primo Nord Air

The Arxus Primo Nord Air has been specially developed to offer a high level of all-day comfort with an air-feed lining which allows for minimal condensation. The lining has a thickness of 1.5mm and this sits above the textile brush ‘mid layer’ which contains air cells. Below this is a further insulating layer of 3mm neoprene. This unique system allows for any condensation to rise up inside the boot through the air cells and then, pass out through the top of the boot shaft. Essentially a chimney effect! This ‘air–feed’ lining system reduces condensation inside the boot by approximately 40% in comparison to a standard neoprene lining and with a drier interior, the insulation becomes more effective against the cold.

Made from genuine natural rubber with a thickness of 2mm which ensures longevity and durability. As well as the neoprene lining, the removable anatomic felt lined EVA-insole increases the insulation and warmth. To avoid a tear out effect of the lining, the Primo Nord Zip is fitted with an leather-like reinforcement at the heel inside the boot. The heavy duty Riri zip along the outside of the boot shaft allows for ease of putting on and taking off as well as more space around the calf if required.

The unique Arxus soles are designed to ensure comfort and support for the feet, even in soft terrain. The sole is extremely thick and built in three technical layers. The Arxus X-pattern high-grip sole provides superb comfort, the correct support and extreme grip.
