Particular importance was attached to 3 points:

• The main design feature of the sweat collar is a dimensionally stable inner lining made of aluminium. This insert prevents the collar from contracting under tensile stress and impeding the dog's breathing.
• The thick neoprene padding on the inside ensures "highest wearing comfort" for the dog.
• All essential components are made of materials that do not absorb water. Only two small strips on the collar are made of leather. The collar can therefore be cleaned with water after use and is then ready for use again very quickly.

A fluorescent orange was chosen for the color of the collar for good visibility.
